Whether you treat it as routine maintenance, a once-in-a-while treat, or a one-off to get you to a specific place, solo-sessions are a really nice way of bringing some focus into your pilates practice, supporting your other athletic goals, and generally maintaining a sense of well-being in your body.
Our teachers are all well-rounded and experienced. Every teacher does have their area of expertise, which we have done our best to highlight below. If you need any support in booking your session, email hello@movingjustfine.com and let us know your availability and reasons for booking and we’ll pair you with the right teacher.

You and a couple of pals, colleagues, or family members. Semi-solos allow for up to 2-3 people.
