solo & semi solo

Whether you treat it as routine maintenance, a once-in-a-while treat, or a one-off to get you to a specific place, solo-sessions are a really nice way of bringing some focus into your pilates practice, supporting your other athletic goals, and generally maintaining a sense of well-being in your body.

Our teachers are all well-rounded and experienced. Every teacher does have their area of expertise, which we have done our best to highlight below. A one-time-only deal at a reduced rate for folks who want to get to know the machine a little better and try out a solo session.

Just you and your instructor tackling all your goals and meeting your needs in the most specific way.

You and a couple of pals, colleagues, or family members. Semi-solos allow for up to 2-3 people.
